Leading Supersonica since 2001, Antonio has composed scores for countless movies and ads around the world. Films like \u201cLord of War\u201d, \u201cCollateral\u201d, \u201cCity of God\u201d, \u201cCentral Station\u201d, \u201cLula, the Son of Brazil\u201d, \u201cBald Mountain\u201d, \u201cAwake\u201d, \u201cNine days\u201d, and \u201cJoe Bell\u201d; documentaries like \u201cSenna\u201d, \u201cMaradona\u201d and the Academy Award winner \u201cAmy\u201d; series like \u201cThe Mosquito Coast”, \u201cThe Me You Can’t See\u201d, \u201cDom\u201d and \u201cUnder Pressure\u201d. Antonio was also music director of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games Opening Ceremony.<\/p>\n

Antonio won the WORLD SOUNDTRACK AWARDS for Best Original Score for \u201cCITY OF GOD\u201d; the Top Box Office Films\u2019 for \u201cCollateral\u201d, and has been nominated for Best Original Song at the Golden Globes, for his partnership with Shakira in \u201cLove in the Time of Cholera\u201d. In his native Brazil, Antonio has won the ACIE Film Awards for \u201cLula, the Son of Brazil\u201d; the Guarani Awards and Sharp Awards for \u201cCentral Station\u201d, and Cine Cear\u00e1 Awards with
